Henderson Pumps manufactured high quality pumps for marine use. Unfortunately Henderson Pumps are no longer made however various spare parts are still available for the maintenance of existing pumps that can be found on many vessels around the world. The continuation of Henderson pumps in now through Whale pumps who produce a large and reliable selection of manual and automatic pumps.
Henderson specialised in water transfer including manual boat bilge pumps and manual fresh water pumps. They manufactured several ranges of pumps including the Henderson Chimp Mk1 and Henderson Chimp Mk2 pumps and the Henderson Compac 50 pump. All of which were very popular, particualrly in the 1970's and 1980's where boats were manufactured with henderson pumps pre-installed or retro-fitted later by owners.
Today, the Henderson brand is owned by Whale, a large pump manufacturer, where they still manufacturer many of the Henderson bilge pump spares including pumps service kits and deckplate gaiters for example.
