British Seagull® Outboard Mark 1 Villiers Ignition Assembly Contact Point is an adjustable contact breaker set that interrupts the primary circuit causing high voltage in the British Seagull Outboard Mark 1 Villiers Ignition Assembly Coil thus creating a spark at the British Seagull Outboard Spark Plugs for ignition.
The British Seagull Mark 1 Villiers Ignition Points are housed in the top of the British Seagull Outboard Mark 1 Villiers Ignition Assembly Condenser Box and should be gapped to the specified measurement for the smooth operation of the engine.
The British Seagull Villiers Contact Set comes complete with both the Adjustment Contact Point (M2313) and the Rocker Arm and Contact Point (M1714). It also includes the British Seagull Outboard Mark 1 Villiers Ignition Assembly Rocker Arm Spring and the British Seagull Outboard Mark 1 Villiers Ignition Assembly Low Tension Lead Nut.
This part is suitable for all British Seagull Outboard engines fitted with the Mark 1 Villiers ignition assemblies.
