There are several sizes available and it is largely personal choice, however a 1 yard Red Ensign seems to fit nicely on the smaller Freeman Cruisers and a 1 1/4 yard or 1 1/2 yard Red Ensign for the larger Freeman Cruisers.

This boat red ensign flag is fully sewn individually coloured material and comes complete with attachment cord for hoisting on a flag pole and a loop and plastic toggle at the top of the flag.
