Freeman 22 Mahogany Mast

A unique varnished solid mahogany mast, hand made in Britain, as featured on the classic Freeman Cruisers 22's.

This wooden boat mast features a solid mahogany neck with two cross-beam yardarms. The boat mast has a twin core wire built into the mast neck to accommodate a mast light to be fitted at the top of the mast. The Stainless Steel 12-volt Domed Masthead Light fits nicely on top. Each mast is finished in an initial tie-coat of varnish and you may wish to apply further coats.

The classic boat mast can usually be fitted by drilling a hole through the sides towards the bottom, so it can pivot forwards for storage when attached to a mast base with a mast pin.
