The Plastimo folding helm seats feature a wipe clean marine vinyl cover with piped edges, metal hinges, a rigid plastic base and moulded foam for added comfort and support.
The high impact plastic base features several potential mounting points which should make it possible to retro fit this boat seat to your existing framework. We find that using a small piece of plywood mounted to the seat it is not too difficult to retro fit these to most mounting frames and pedestals.
The folding boat seat comes complete with a strap and popper for fastening the folded seat back closed against the seat base when not in use.
