Many Freeman Cruisers were, and still remain fitted with this type of water pump which is a credit to its usability.
This traditional hand pump provides a simple and economic solution to provide cold water from a tank to the sink. This is a very durable and efficient pump with serviceable items meaning it maybe able to be repaired, if the time comes, before jumping to replace the full unit.
With a swivelling outlet faucet for positioning and a light back and forth pump action. The pump action has a 7 litre capacity with fine flow control.
This hand pump tap can be installed directly into the water line using the 1/2" (13mm) hose connection creating a basic fresh water pump system.
There is relatively less 'set up' and maintenance required to install this type of water pump tap and many people like the minimalist concept as it is easy to control and maintain.
