These handmade in England boat navigators' seats are extremely compact, folding to a mere 127mm (5"). The hinge arrangement allows the backrest to raise slightly and then fold flush to the seat base.
Handmade with fluted marine vinyl material, which is wipeable, and finished with piping around the edges. It features a solid wood frame and heavy-duty hinges.
The solid wooden base allows for attachment to virtually any seat pedestal or suitable mounting bracket - ideal for fitting to the Freeman Fridge Box or the compact Folding Side Mounting Seat Frame which allows the navigators seat and frame to fold neatly to the side panel and therefore, on many cruisers, offering simple access through the cabin door.
When fitted to a folding seat pedestal frame this low profile boat seat can be stowed flat against the side which offers a great space-saving seat method.
