Canopies, or boat covers are the vinyl or canvas hoods that cover the open areas of the boat when not in use or sailing in rough weather. We tend to stock the standard Freeman hoods on the self and can organise local bespoke canopies too. The marine environment and weather deteriorates covers over time and running repairs may be necessary. There are lots of canopy fittings inluding eyelets, hooks, elastic ball loops, stainless steel tubes and hood slide rail tracks, along with tube end plugs and bimini spares.
Specialist hood tools help with the fitting process with punchs and cutters that create the right patterned for hood fixtures and common plastic eyelets and tarpaulins can be used in a manner of marine situations and at home too in the garden or allotment!
