Is the product available?
We try to stock all products on our shelves so that we can give fast and efficient service to you. During busy times some items can be more in demand than others and so stock levels can become lower than planned very quickly. Please be aware that the delivery of orders will be influenced by the availability of the product.
If something is not in stock during the Christmas period it is highly unlikely to be available until after the festive holidays as our suppliers also have 'last orders' and 'delivery schedules' in place and these tend to prolong our supply chain times. Should an item not be in stock we shall endeavor to contact you.
Are my delivery address details correct?
Please ensure that the address for your payment and the address for delivery of your items is correct. Some of the most frequent problems for delayed delivery is incorrect addresses such as missing house numbers, street names and postcodes.
Are my contact details correct?
Please also ensure that all your contact details are correct. If for whatever reason, we need to contact you it is essential we have correct details so that we can sort issues out fast and efficiently to ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible.
If you are using our Express delivery service then it is also important that a correct email address and/or mobile telephone number is entered at the time of ordering. Since your tracking information will be sent to you via email and/or text message on the day of delivery it is beneficial to make sure it is correct at the time of ordering.
Is there likely to be any external factors that could affect my order delivery?
Please be aware that external factors beyond our control may delay our order fulfilment process. Although dates for dispatch and delivery are predicted these are based on 'ideal working environments'. Many external factors, such as adverse weather conditions (including floods, snow, ice etc), strikes and delivery network issues (including customs delays), and other restrictions are usually beyond our control and may affect the delivery time. During the Christmas period, snow and ice can prevent delivery vans from accessing certain roads so it is wise to order in good time if it is a Christmas gift that you are ordering.
