Autosol Marine Compound is a fast cutting compound perfect for restoring surfaces and leaving a superior class shine. It is suitable for all new and used paint or gelcoat.
Following compounding, it is recommended to use Autosol Marine Super Gloss Polish to achieve an even higher gloss finish.
Use a new twisted lambs wool pad or a white hard compounding foam pad. Apply a small amount of Autosol Marine Compound to the surface. Polishing in sections, start the rotary polisher at a speed of 1200-1400 RPM. Using firm pressure work the area and after a short time increase speed and apply less pressure to obtain a higher gloss finish. In extreme conditions, a second application may be required.
Remove any polish residue with a microfibre cloth.
