The British Seagull® Outboard Amal 416 carburettor fuel pipe banjo and screw pushes on to the fuel pipe and fixes to the carburettor, transferring the fuel from the fuel tap to the carburettor. A newer version is available as British Seagull Outboard Amal 416 Caburettor Fuel Pipe.

This part is suitable for all British Seagull Outboard engines fitted with the Amal 416 Carburettor including: AF, EF, FS, SEF, TSEF, AFPC, SEFPC, TSEFPC, EFPW, AFPW, EGFPW, WSC, ESC, WSPC, ESPC & EFNR, some very late EFPC & WS (not so common as the EFPC) and QB Series engines including Amal 418 & 420 carburettors.
The British Seagull Outboard Amal 416 Carburettor Fuel Pipe History
The original banjo fitted from late 1978 from the British Seagull factory would have been a two-piece metal banjo. This was later superseded by a grey, elongated, one-piece plastic banjo. The latest replacement British Seagull Outboard Amal 416 Carburettor Fuel Pipe features the shortened black plastic Carburettor Fuel Pipe Banjo as shown above.
