The British Seagull® Outboard Thrust Block Locking Latch and Pin designed to hold the engine steady while starting and flipped out of the way when motoring to allow the engine to 'kick out' if an underwater obstruction is hit.
The British Seagull® Outboard Thrust Block Locking Latch and Pin kit has two replacement locking latches and two replacement pins for the British Seagull Outboard Thrust Block Assemblyfitted to the Century, Silver Century and Model 102 British Seagull Outboards.
The Locking Latches and Pins are designed to hold the engine steady while starting and is to be flipped out of the way when motoring to allow the engine to 'kick out' if an underwater obstruction is hit.
This part is suitable for all Century, Silver Century and Model 102 British Seagull Outboard engines fitted with the plastic thrust block.
The British Seagull Outboard Thrust Block Assembly is sold separately from Sheridna Mrine and does not come with this kit.
