The Mighty Mug

The Mighty Mug uses Smartgrip technology to stop it falling over should you accidently knock it. This coffee mug fits regular car and boat cup holders and is dishwasher safe too.

The revolutionary design of the Might Mug means that it is one of the most stable coffee mugs there is. The vacuum forming vale on the base means that the travel coffee cup grips to smooth, flat solid surfaces to create a mug that can withstand bumps and accidental knocks. The 'wave' split in the outer casing of the mug provides a sort of 'suspension' for the top of the mug, which applies the correct force down on to the vacuum value on the bottom, preventing the mug from easily tipping over. Simply lift the mug anyway above the 'wave' and the mug will pick up like a normal cup; as if by magic!

We tested the Mighty Mug on a Freeman 22 Mk2 (as seen in the photos above) and a Freeman 27 and it 'stuck' to the gelcoat surface excellently. It can handle flat gelcoat surfaces extremely well and slightly angled surfaces too; on steep angles the weight of the liquid tended to topple the mug over so it has its limits. Overall, as a non-spill, non-slip mug for on board drinking with in normal conditions it surpassed our expectations!

This smart coffee mug has a solid, clip-in, spout cap that keeps the coffee warm and from splashing out of the top. The lid itself can be unscrewed and taken off for filling and when finished with it can be put in the dishwasher for cleaning.
