A flexible rubber insert screw cover strip with winged channel profile and concave backing to hide away screw heads and finsh off windows with a neat finish.
Many marine windows, either fixed or sliding, are attached to the boat with an exterior frame. This frame is usually screwed to the fibreglass cabin or hull and an exterior trim conceals the screw heads on the outside. These attractive trims hide the screws behind them leaving a clean line to improve asthetics. It also helps protect the screws from water and general bad weather that may deteriorate fixings and frames faster if left uncovered.
This particular boat rubber screw cover strip features a winged channel insert that can be 'pressed' into the channel which holds it firmly in place. Other low profile Screw Cover Strips are suitable for different window frames too.
