A chrome-plated adjustable height skylight hatch stay with horizontal foot mount and vertical side mount stay for hand operation to opening, locking in various positions, and closing.
The horizontal foot mount is designed to be installed on a flat, horizontal surface whilst the vertical side mount stay is designed to be installed on the side of a skylight or hatch ie.e on a vertical surface.
To operate this hatch support the large knurled knob can be loosened to allow the stay to slide upwards and downwards. When the ideal location is met the knob can be screwed tight to hold in one of the locating tabs along the slide bar located at 110mm, 170mm & 240mm up the stay from the base.
