Autosol Marine Heavy-Duty Bilge Cleaner is specifically designed for tackling oil, grease and diesel in your bilge, however, it can also be used as a spray cleaner for tackling fat and grease stains or as a general engine cleaner.
Empty your bilge as much as possible. Dilute Autosol Marine Heavy-Duty Bilge Cleaner with water depending on the grade of contamination. Warm water increases the cleaning performance. Do not let the product dry, do not apply to hot surfaces.
You can also use Autosol Marine Heavy-Duty Bilge Cleaner as a spray cleaner with a dilution of 10:1 to 1:50. Spray the diluted Autosol Marine Heavy-Duty Bilge Cleaner onto the dirty surface and wait 2 minutes for it to take effect. If necessary, assist in the cleaning process using a sponge, brush or scrubber. Rinse off the loosened dirt with clear water or a wet cloth.
If you wish to use Autosol Marine Heavy-Duty Bilge Cleaner to mop or wipe surfaces it can be used with a dilution of 1:50 to 1:100. Apply the diluted Autosol Marine Heavy-Duty Bilge Cleaner onto the surface with a mop, scrubber or sponge and wipe. Finally, rinse with clear water or a wet cloth.
