Blue Gee gelcoat repair kits are suitable for small surface repairs such as cracks and scratches in gelcoat. The kit includes pre-waxed gelcoat, catalyst, mixing pot & stick.
This polyester gelcoat repair kit consists of gelcoat and a setting catalyst that when mixed will set to a hard, glossy finish. The mixing stick and calibrated 30ml mixing pot allows for easier mixing.
You can add colour pigments to the Clear gelcoat by using either Blue Gee ColourMatch Gelcoat Pigments or Blue Gee ColourMatch Gelcoat Pigment Kits to colour match your gelcoat for your boat. Please note, when mixing your colour pigment it is important to always mix the gelcoat resin and hardener before adding the pigment. It may affect the chemical bonding process if this sequence is not followed. Use the Blue Gee ColourMatch Mix 'n' Store Kit to create your blend more easily.
You should not use additional colour pigments to the White gelcoat as this has already been coloured.
