British Seagull Outboard Villiers Carburettor Top Disc

The British Seagull®​ Villiers carburettor throttle barrel top disc that holds the throttle cable adjusting screw and lock nut in place. There is a lug on the underside of the carburettor top disc that must align with the corresponding slot in the carburettor body.
