Quicksilver Premium Gear Lube is a high performance lubrication gel for lower unit gears in low or high horsepower outboard engines that provides lubrication and excellent corrosion protection.
The outboard gear lube uses a specially formulated mixture of emulsifiers which help to protect gear housings, tackifiers which improve oil film adhesion to gears and internal components, and additives to protect gears from metal-to-metal contact and excessive wear.
The smaller outboard gear lube comes in a convenient squeeze tube with a precise nozzle to help insert the lubricant into the correct locations whereas the larger outboard gear lube has a useful measure indicator on the side.
