WaterMota Crossflow Exhaust Manifold Cover Plate Gaskets

The exhaust cover plate gasket is situated between the exhaust manifold and the cover plate and is featured on the 'multi-part' style WaterMota Crossflow exhaust manifolds.

There are three versions of the WaterMota Crossflow Exhaust Manifold:

1. W1051 - The original (early) version of the exhaust manifold has a rectangular cover plate gasket with a large central hole and no fixing holes. The cover plate is bolted onto the manifold along the middle of the cover plate with four bolts.
2. The second version of the exhaust manifold was a one-piece casting and did not have a cover plate gasket.
3. W1051A - The newest version of the exhaust manifold (from 2013) has a rectangular cover plate gasket with a large central hole and eight bolt holes around the outside for fixing the cover plate.

Which WaterMota engine is this suitable for?

The WaterMota exhaust manifold cover plate gasket is suitable for most WaterMota Crossflow petrol engines that have a two-piece exhaust manifold casting including the WaterMota Sea Wolf Mk2 and WaterMota Sea Tiger Mk2.
