A varnished solid mahogany mast, hand made in Britain, as featured on the classic Freeman Cruisers 26's and 30's.
This wooden boat mast features a solid mahogany neck with two holes and an angled cross-beam yardarm. The boat mast has two twin core wires built into the mast neck. One is to accommodate a mast light on the crossbeam and the other is to accommodate an anchor light on the top. The Stainless Steel LED All Round Anchor Navigation Light fits nicely on top of a round anchor light. Each mast is finished in an initial tie-coat of varnish and you may wish to apply further coats.
The classic boat mast can usually be fitted by drilling a hole through the sides towards the bottom, so it can pivot forwards for storage when attached to a mast base with a mast pin.
