A robust lever mechanism rubber bung that fills gaps or holes using the internal screw thread to tighten the base of the rubber bung so as to compress the rubber, expanding to seal.
By tightening the internal screw with the lever handle the bung becomes thicker and by loosening the screw the rubber decompresses and reduces in thicknes.
