Which British Seagull Thrust Washer do I need?

There are three standard thickness thrust washers available. The engine would have left the factory from new with the 14g (gauge) thrust washer fitted. Through time and wear it may now be necessary to install a thicker gauge of washer i.e. 13g or 12g (the lower the gauge number the thicker the washer).
