British Seagull® Outboard Mark 1 Villiers Ignition Assembly Combined Starter Pulley Plate slots onto the crankshaft, on top of the flywheel, providing the pull start function.
This British Seagull pulley plate is held in situ with the British Seagull Outboard Starter Pulley Plate Dome Nut and the British Seagull Outboard Starter Pulley Plate Dome Nut Washer and accepts the British Seagull Outboard Starter Cord.
This part is suitable for all British Seagull Outboard engines fitted with the Mark 1 Villiers ignition assemblies.
