Suitable for up to 100 litre capacity this 'build-your-own' fridge can be a useful way of making the most out of the space provided on board.

Each 'build-your-own' fridge comes with a compressor unit that creates the cold air and an evaporator plate which distributes the cold air. This package is thermostatically controlled by a dial with various settings for your desired temperature and an LED indicator light.

This 'build-your-own' fridge compartment package comes with the Dometic ColdMachine CU-55 12/24 volt cooling unit. This power regulated compressor unit is efficient, quiet and not sensitive to tilts making it a good choice for boat installations. The compressor unit is fixed to a stainless steel mounting plate that offers durability and flexibility for installation, it is also corrosion resistant which suits the marine environment. The pre-charged refrigerant and self-sealing valve couplings make for easy installation during hook up to the evaporated unit.

The Dometic ColdMachine VD-07 Evaporator is included in this 'build-your-own' fridge compartment package. This 'O' shaped evaporator unit can be installed horizontally or vertically and can be connected to the compressor with the self-sealing valve couplings for easy installation. The flexible connecting pipe also provides flexibility with installation options (approximately 2m long).
