Freeman Cruiser Steering Cable Wire

Freeman Cruiser stainless steel steering cable wire usually found on the Classic Style Freeman Cruisers such as the Freeman 22, 23, and 25/26 boats.

This Freeman Steering Cable is a multi-strand stainless steel wire that tends to run from the steering chain at the helm, to, and back from the rudder cable guide and quadrant.

This wire is sold by the metre and cut to your ordered length up to a maxumium of 20 metres.

I own a Freeman, what length do I need?

Firstly, as Freeman Cruisers were all handmade our advice is to measure your particular installation for the perfect length. The guidance below is based from previous installations and may not be indicitive of your boat.

• 8m for Freeman 22 & 23's
• 7m for Freeman 25/26's.
