The diesel fuel filter features an aluminium head with an aluminium bowl and a metal drain tap in order to empty any water from the system.
The Osculati Diesel Fuel Filter with Metal Drain Plug fits the replaceable Osculati 296 CAV Fuel Filter element. This diesel filter style is used as standard fitment on a lot of marine engines or fitted as a pre-filter by the boat manufacturer.
This Osculati diesel filter is a copy part equivalent of the Delphi Diesel Fuel Filter with Metal Drain Plug with metric M14 threads as opposed to 1/2" UNF.
