The Ultraflex S55 Dual Steering Cable Support is an articulated dual mounting square steering cable transom support bracket, clamping block and support tube for holding a steering cable.
The Ultraflex S55 is specifically designed for holding a steering cable in the correct position for connecting to a rudder rather than an outboard. The bracket is positioned inside the boat near the rudder and can be mounted vertically or horizontally. The unique design of the clamping block allows the cable to be positioned at either one of two different heights depending on which way up the bracket is fitted to the boat.
The clamping bracket holds the cable approximately 55mm or 90mm away from the transom or bottom of the boat.
