West System 809 Notched Spreader is a stiff plastic reusable spreader with notches on 3 sides and a smooth edge on the other for quickly applying modified epoxy at a consistent rate.
The notches on the spreader are spaced at 3mm (1/8"), 4mm (3/16") and 6mm (1/4"). The deeper the notch the more epoxy will be applied to the surface. The thin smooth edge is ideal for applying layers of glass fibre or glass fibre weave and forcing excess epoxy out of the laminate much like West System 808 Plastic Squeegee Spreader.
