We are pleased to say that we have implementied our new summer operations which includes the opening of the shop with a 'Front-of-house Service Counter' for shopping with us complete with clear screen protection, staff PPE, and increased cleaning procedures. This is in addition to our online & telephone ordering service for delivery to your door, or utilising our popular pre-order 'Contact-free Collection Point'.
Currently, we are operating as usual with good stocks and there are no current issues with our supply chain, or delivery couriers; although slight delays in the delivery network may occur due to higher than usual demand and orders may be slightly delayed due to changes to operations and social distancing measures.
To help navigate through this situation safely our telephone lines will be open between 10 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday when possible. Alternatively, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact details and query and we will endeavour to contact you.
We are now welcoming shop visitors to our new 'Front-of-house Service Counter' for shopping. This complements our popular 'Contact-free Collection Point' process for pre-orders. Shopping hours are currently Monday-Friday, 10 am to 4 pm.
Unfortunately you will not be able to enter into the shop at this stage, however we would like to welcome you by road and by river as the 'shopping moorings' are open too.
Please bear in mind that outdoor queues may be likely as shopping processes may take longer due to staff social distancing measures in place; it might be an idea to bring your umbrella!
We do strongly recommend pre-ordering and utilising our 'Collection' service so we have more time to prepare your order. We also ask that payments are made by card where possible as cash payments may take longer to process due to further hygiene processes.
To utilise our 'Collection' service you can either order online and select 'Collection' at the basket stage and await your 'Your Order is Ready for Collection' email from us. Alternatively, call us on 01491 652085 where we will be happy to help. We are also still able to ship parts directly to you via our courier networks.
We very much welcome you and wish to help you enjoy your boat this Summer so please call us ahead of time if you wish to take your boat out or want to come to work on your boat. This will help us maintain a controllable amount of people on site to ensure good social distancing practice can be adhered to so you can enjoy your boat this summer.
