- Does the gift voucher recipient have to already be a Sheridan Marine customer? No, of course not. We like to meet everyone with a love for boating, albeit new or existing customers, so please feel free to give Sheridan Marine Gift Vouchers to all your loved ones!
- How long is a Sheridan Marine Gift Voucher valid for? Sheridan Marine Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Can I obtain a refund on a gift voucher? No, refunds cannot be given on gift vouchers.
- What happens if I forget to bring my Gift Voucher to Sheridan Marine but wish to redeem the value? Unfortunately you will not be able to redeem the gift voucher value on your transaction without the physical Sheridan Marine Gift Voucher. Each voucher is unique and will be processed at the checkout before payment. However, you can of course still use your voucher on other purchases up until the expiry date.
- What happens if I want to return an item I purchased using a gift voucher? All items that are being returned must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and:
- If a product is faulty: We will process faulty items in our usual way which may include sending the item back to the manufacture for diagnostics before identifying the best resolve.
- If I've decided I do not want the product anymore: A restocking charge may apply and any remaining value must be used in store on the day of return.

- These conditions apply to gift vouchers which have been purchased from Sheridan Marine and sheridanmarine.com.
- Gift vouchers expire 12 months from date of issue. Gift vouchers are not transferable and have a cash redemption value of 0.001p. Gift voucher balances and refunds are not transferable and also have a cash redemption value of 0.001p. Gift vouchers are not cash refundable.
- If the value of an order exceeds the value of the voucher the balance must be paid by either credit/debit card or GBP Sterling.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used to buy further gift vouchers.
- Sheridan Marine terms and conditions of purchase apply.
- Please note that age limitations apply to the purchase of products with gift vouchers: recipients who are under 18 must be made aware that they cannot order products that are restricted to adult customers.
