The Model 102 Tiller Arm locates on to the British Seagull Outboard Model 102 Tiller Arm Stud with the British Seagull Outboard Model 102 Tiller Arm Rubber Sleeve and is fastened into place with the British Seagull Outboard Model 102 Tiller Arm Friction Washer, this Plain Washer and the wing nut.
