The Starter Cord Pulley is fastened into the starter casing top by the British Seagull Outboard Recoil Starter Cord Pulley.
This part is suitable for all British Seagull Outboard engines fitted with a recoil unit, including the Wipac and QB series of recoil ignition systems.
