The canopy (hood) quick release pin lanyard features plastic coated steel wire with a stainless steel securing tab for securing canopy quick release pins from quick release clip canopy mounts to prevent loss.
The lanyard can be screwed to a fixing point using the attached bracket or wrapped around a canopy bar and then clipped to the quick release pin to secure the quick release pin when it has been removed from the canopy fitting.
