The solid brass nameplate features a black colour enamelled recess with raised polished lettering.
It is important to correctly label the boat battery switch to aid identification to those that do not know where the switch is. For example, it is helpful to the emergency services should they need to access the switch in a hurry, a reason this is so important as a pass/failure point on your Boat Safety Scheme examination.
