The Sierra 18-7944 Fuel Filter is a screw-on canister style fuel filter that fits one of the most common fuel filter installations on outboard motor-powered boats with a permanent fuel filter installation as commonly used by Mercury, Mercruiser and Yamaha.
This fuel filter media will catch all debris 10 microns or larger, repelling water and solid contaminants before they reach your engine. This filter will not separate 2-stroke oil from petrol.
