The WaterMota New Style Water Pump O-Ring is a water pump o-ring. The o-ring sits around the shaft inside the pump body to help force water away from the lip seals and out of the weep hole in the pump body.
This o-ring is suitable for the new style replacement WaterMota Pre-Crossflow engine water pumps and WaterMota Crossflow engine water pumps, Watermota Jabsco 29300-2601C, 29300-2801C and 29470-2231C engine cooling water pumps. These pumps are modern replacements of the original water pumps fitted to both the WaterMota Pre-Crossflow Engines and the WaterMota Crossflow Engines.
One o-ring is usually required when servicing these water pumps, the o-ring sits between the two seals.
The WaterMota New Style Water Pump Seal is suitable for both the WaterMota Pre-Crossflow and WaterMota Crossflow petrol engines including the WaterMota Sea Wolf Mk1, WaterMota Sea Wolf Mk2, WaterMota Sea Tiger Mk1 and WaterMota Sea Tiger Mk2 which have had a new water pump fitted.
