A copper 50 litre hot water calorifier tank and built-in heat exchanger for the production of hot, freshwater, with the option of adding a mains immersion heater element for hot water when plugged into shore power mains. This particular boat hot water tank is was fitted to many of the Freeman 27 hot water installations.
The copper water tank has deep foam insulation covering the exterior of the copper tank to provide exceptional heat retention (most stainless steel tanks rely on an air barrier which can be less efficient).
This 50 litre (12 Gallon) capacity boat hot water calorifier tank has a safe working pressure of 35psi and is fitted with 1" BSP coil connection ports, 1/2" BSP hot and cold water connection ports, immersion heater boss and 25mm thick foam lagging for efficient heat retention.
