Heron Maps Kennet & Avon Canal and River Avon

A colour map of Kennet & Avon Canal featuring the canal at 1:50000 with detailed town plans at 1:12500. This map runs from Reading, along the River Kennet to the Kennet & Avon Canal, on to The River Avon and through to Bath and Bristol.

The Kennet & Avon Canal Map shows facilities available to boat users with details of boatyards, boat hire and boat trip operators, this map also highlights the National Cycle Route 4, crossing routes and illustrated guides to the river and canals features of interest; along with key facts and figures on certain locations.

Map information also includes useful facilities for enjoying the river and it's surrounding locations including tourist information centres, places of interest, pubs, nature reserves, parks, churches, national cycle routes, long distance paths, public toilets, youth hostels, caravan and camp sites.

The map is a two sided, 'folding' style map with the information spanning panels in columns and rows (10 columns x 2 rows); this folds up neatly into a slim one block section when not in use.
