Male Stud Couplings suitable for 5/16 nylon tubes are made of brass with BSP tapered threads for use with 5/16" nylon tube, typically used with remote greasers.
These fittings are suitable for 5/16 nylon tube only and will not accept copper pipe.
The 1/8 BSP stud coupling is commonly used as the fitting on the remote greaser and can sometimes be found at the stern gland end. The 1/4 BSP stud coupling is commonly found on the stern gland.
