Rule Rule-A-Matic Plus Automatic Float Switch

The Rule Rule-A-Matic Plus Automatic Float Switch is an ignition protected 12/24/32 volt compact and robust float switch protected by a robust impact resistant cover that helps prevent jamming and unwanted debris.

By placing this marine boat float switch in a bilge it will detect water levels and operate a bilge pump when wired to the system. As the water level increases to the point of which the float inside the protective housing reaches a specific height it will automatic send a signal to a wired in bilge pump to activate; drawing water out of the bilge.

This particular automatic bilge pump float switch will turn a bilge pump on when the water level reaches 2" (51mm) and will shut off when the water level is 3/4" (19mm). There is a small test tab that can be pressed down to manually activate the float switch should you need to verify the switch is operating correctly.

The pump float switch can be mount to the floor using the two fixing holes at either end and it has pre-striped wires for connecting into the wiring system. The strainer edges around the bottom of the switch body helps to prevent unwanted debris from entering the housing which could potentially jam the switch.
